PATTEX FT101 is an all purpose, one-part, moisture curing, elastic 
joint sealant and multipurpose adhesive for indoor and outdoor 
applications based on Flextec®-Technology. It provides excellent 
adhesion to a wide range of construction materials without primer, 
good elasticity – complies with ISO11600-F-25HM (movement 
capability 25%), high initial tack, can be applied to damp surfaces 
without bubbling or losing adhesion (unlike UP sealants), UV, weather 
and aging resistance – no surface cracking or crazing or yellowing, 
silicone free, solvent-free, sandable, good gunnability even at low 
temperatures, no shrinkage during curing, good compatibility with 
paints – can be painted after curing.
