- AL BUSTAN SBR BOND 5KG is a high-performance, carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex liquid admixture and bonding agent designed for demanding masonry, waterproofing, and repair applications. Unlike standard PVA bonding agents, SBR latex is non-re-emulsifiable when cured, making it highly water-resistant and ideal for areas subject to continuous moisture, dampness, or structural stress.When added to cementitious mixes, renders, or slurry coats, it drastically enhances bonding strength, flexural/tensile strength, and crack resistance while reducing water permeability.
